Urban Thinking: Active cities

The Urban Thinking: Active Cities conference was organised by Distrito Castellana Norte, in collaboration with Impact Hub, to discuss and reflect with citizens on the concept of activity in the city.

The event was attended by specialists in the topic of active cities, including Ana Montalván, Juan Murua and Luis Galán, who shared their perspective, experiences and the challenges that must be faced in regard to the topic. At the same time, the participants had a chance to take part in the event using the SparkUp tool, which statistically identified some of the issues that concern citizens most in terms of active cities, along with some of the proposed solutions.

During the conference, topics such as active mobility, sports, the movement of people in the city, pedestrian priority, sedentary lifestyles, urban protection measures and proximity networks were discussed.
